Thanks for stopping by.  If you are an asset manager, you are viewing a private page that is for my REO clients only.  The purpose of this page is to give you more information on my experience with REO listings.

As a broker, I have been doing REO listings since 2008.  My clients have included Fannie Mae, Green River Capital and Dakota Assets.  My services for my REO clients include the following:

  • Occupancy Inspections
  • Cash for Keys
  • BPOs
  •  Pre-listing prep
In addition to the normal tasks such as weekly checks, etc., I have access to contractors that have done everything from cleaning to demolishing a burned down mobile home on a lot.  When asked to do work that requires the use of my Contracting Company, Green Towne Inc., I have to run the work through my contracting company in order to be covered by our insurance.  I do not do this work for free and include the cost for my time on these types of tasks.  No Real Estate Agent should be doing remodeling or construction management without being covered by insurance as our E&O does not cover these types of tasks.


I can take 20 plus listings that are REOs and have people who work for me or can hire to help with the management of the listings.  Having been doing these listings for over a decade, I have developed a system for transferring utilities, submitting invoices and doing weekly inspections that save time and are efficient.
