Real Estate Sales are considered “essential” services during the COVID-19 crisis.  Currently we are listing homes for sale.  We are providing virtual tours for buyers giving them an opportunity to view the property prior to an in person showing.  

Should a buyer be interested in pursuing the property, agent’s are taking one buyer into the home at a time with masks and other personal protection gear.  Every buyer and their agent sign a California Association of Realtors form that protects the seller and agent’s from any liability.
