REO Experience
I have been listing and selling REO properties since 2009. I have continuously listed and sold REO properties since 2009. Unlike some REO agents, I have sold REO properties that range from $100K to $500K plus.
In addition to listing REO properties, I have performed the following duties:
* Cash for Keys (CFK)
* Sheriff Evictions
* BPOs – Exterior and Interior
* Paid Inspections for Repair Punch lists
I am co-owner of a construction company. Our company has performed work for REO clients/companies. We DO NOT perform this work for free and I DO NOT do remodels, etc. for free. In other words, I charge a rate for my time for anything beyond the items listed above. I do not charge for my time to get bids as long as it is not extensively time consuming.
Whole house remodels are a different thing and time consuming not to mention a lot of liability. Our E&O does not cover a Realtor for this type of work. My GC Company is covered for this type of work and when a remodel is required, I normally hire GC’s that specialize in this type of work.
